A reading celebrating the publication of Jesse Rice-Evans new book, The Uninhabitable.
Poetry Leaves is a poetry exhibition that is displayed during the month of May. The exhibition was launched in 2014 as a way to celebrate National Poetry Month. A grant from the Michigan Council for Arts & Cultural Affairs funded the project in the beginning.
Original poetry will be placed in the trees on the Township Campus, 5200 Civic Center Dr., Waterford, MI. For 2019, displays indoors will be located in the Library, the Township Hall atrium, and various locations throughout the township.
